Junior Summer Academy at LNRC!

Join us this summer at Lake Norman Racquet Club for our Junior Summer Academy! — a fun and focused training program designed to help players of all levels improve their game in a supportive environment.
Sessions will be led by Edoardo Cecere, a former NCAA Division I player, alongside our college coaching staff. The program is open to all levels, and players will be grouped by skill to ensure an engaging and effective training experience.
Program Details:
–Dates: May 27 to August 8
–Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
–Ages: from 8 to 18 years old.
Pricing:
Members: $300 per week
Guests: $400 per week
No drop-ins or prorated rates available
Afternoon Lesson Add-On (Optional):
Weekly academy participants have access to discounted afternoon private or small group lessons, available upon request. These sessions are a great way to complement the morning training with more personalized instruction and focused development.

Futures, Arods & Academy — growing tennis players, starting at the youngest ages, all the way through high school.
We slowly progress kids through our programs to help them stay on track for an active and healthy life. Programs ramp up from hand-eye coordination work to advanced drills and learning about point play. When players are prepared, our Academy program takes them to the next level.

JUNIOR PROGRAMS
Red Ball Stage 1
JOEYS: AGE 3-5
Tuesdays from 4:00 – 5:00pm
This is the introduction to tennis at the earliest stage. We introduce the concept of hand-eye coordination and basic racket skills. We reinforce these concepts through fun consistent games, drills and exceptional coaching.
7-week Session for LNRC Members
1 day/week: $105
7-week Session for Non-members

FUTURES: AGE 4-7
Monday through Thursday, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Players work on hand-eye coordination skills, and we introduce new concepts to lay the foundation for point play.

Monday through Thursday, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
The final stage before advancing to a higher level of competition. We take the fundamentals learned in the Futures and put them into action with more advanced drills and the introduction to point play.

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (drills) & 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (match strategies)
All Academy program players must be evaluated and approved by the Junior Program director before registration.
