Gavin Arsenault brings more than two decades of leadership experience in premier club and hospitality operations to the Lake Norman region. As General Manager of Lake Norman Racquet & Social Club (LNRC), Lake Norman Pickleball Club (LNPC), and Lake Norman Golf Club (LNGC), Gavin oversees a dynamic portfolio of lifestyle destinations centered on sport, wellness, and elevated member experience.
Prior to joining the Lake Norman clubs, Gavin held executive leadership roles at some of the country’s most distinguished private clubs, including serving as General Manager and COO of The Dunes Golf and Beach Club, as well as the General manager positions with Trump National Golf Club, Mooresville and Rock Barn Country Club & Spa.
Known for his strategic vision and people-first leadership style, Gavin has built a reputation for transforming clubs into vibrant, high-performing communities. His approach blends operational excellence with a deep commitment to member engagement, delivering environments that are both welcoming and refined.
